This centrally located hotel offers a prime spot just near everything and is in the center of all activities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Guests have praised the friendly staff and the fabulous views from the balcony overlooking the bustling main Old Town Square. The breakfasts are excellent and can be delivered to your room upon request.

Some minor improvements could be made in the bathroom, such as the addition of a wall rail for the shower to be placed above head and a better-designed bath to prevent water from flooding onto the floor.

I had a wonderful stay at Old Town Square Residence. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The surrounding atmosphere was vibrant and lively. The Christmas market in December was a must-see, with fine buildings and unique food stalls. The staff, especially Mr Abidi, were really good and made my experience even better. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast served in-room by a friendly lady was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks like searching for halal food and noise from the square, I would highly recommend this hotel. it was a great experience.

Upon arriving at this luxurious hotel, we were met with a warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff who quickly checked us in. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated with exclusive amenities and a private facility. the spa center, equipped with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms, was a relaxing haven after a long day of exploring the city. the sun terrace offered a breathtaking view of the city and beach umbrellas were provided for added comfort. In-room dining was available and the food was prepared to perfection, catering to our specific dietary needs.

Our room was located near the leisure/ TV room, which resulted in some noise disturbance during the evening hours.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is right on Staromestska square, providing easy access to all the main sights of Prague. You can even walk to the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square within minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even delivered breakfast to our room at a selected time. the location and service were top-notch.

It is worth mentioning that there were some noise disturbances from the lively surroundings.

The best aspects of this hotel were its location right on the Old Town Square, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main square where the astronomical clock is located. It was so convenient to be able to walk out of the hotel and immediately be immersed in the historic sights and vibrant atmosphere of this city. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff at this hotel were cute and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. I felt well taken care of and valued as a guest.

I had the most amazing experience staying at the Old Town Square Hotel & Residence. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. I stayed in a junior suite with fine views overlooking the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable and I had the best sleep. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. The balcony in my room was a dream, allowing me to enjoy my morning coffee and evening wine while taking in the bustling square below. It was a romantic experience. Despite not having breakfast provided, there was a Starbucks next door and a common kitchen available if needed.

We stayed for 3 nights with our teenage sons. The hotel's location in the old town square was perfect for exploring. The staff provided excellent service, assisting with airport transfers and buggy rental. The breakfast served in the room was delicious, with options for our child. The spacious room had modern design and a well-equipped bathroom. The view of the square and clock tower was stunning. Thoughtful extras like umbrellas were provided. The on-site restaurant offered tasty Czech food and live music.
